Emptiness

There are often instances in your life which push you towards realising if any of this is really important. If anything holds purpose or we are just exisitng, breathing structures of bone and flesh who depend on other people as and when time demands. The sudden feeling of gush you feel when the mind races so hard, that you seem to loose control of everything and the whole world seems to collapsed on you and you wish nothing more than that one small sliver of hope and hand you can hold so it slows down the pace and everything seems to go back to normal even if for a little while.

hello jenna and dolphin as you know and do too find moments of peace in looking at the moon and night sky please try this moons still big, i will go swimming when it gets bit warmer i found so much serenity in going there, the water rippling and the blue of it as a thereputic effect i read this,i felt relief just going in the swim centre to entoll it brought back triggers of my escape happy place, as does my park this is my bench i retreat to to find solace, maby you can find somewhere 🤗

Oh I wish. It's a place where I walk in the summer. There are picnic benches there to have a nice peaceful lunch. It's just beautiful
