Anxiety on overdrive.

I have situational anxiety. Every few months my anxiety will erupt because of a situation. I can’t sleep, eat, or relax. My brain won’t turn itself off. I will continue to make the situation worse and worse. It goes from what the issue is to worst case scenario, which makes me sick.  I’ll talk to myself stating, “You’re fine. You’re going to look back and roll your eyes for all the sickness you caused yourself.” It works for a few minutes, but then the anxiety returns in full force. I just had a panic attack and I haven’t had one of those in a few years. I need guidance on any tricks or tips you might have to help me stop this growing panic.

Do you have coping strategies to distract yourself? Have you thought about seeing a doctor and/or therapist? This isn't an easy way to live. I spent a lot of time over the past 4 months searching for help. Don't give up, don't give in. You're worth fighting for. Wishing you luck.

Are you seeing someone for this condition? I can’t handle my anxiety without therapy and meds.

Whats the situation causing the anxiety?

Just know that anxiety is harmless, If its a certain situation thats the cause it will probably pass when its over

Google EFT tapping, it might help you calm down a little bit. Good luck!
