Stalker

Close your eyes and imagine there's someone stalking you. Someone that's a Grand Master manipulator, with extensive computer training (software engineer), that is affecting every aspect of your life. From your medical care to something as simple as customer service. They spread wild rumors, they have access to your social security number, they have access to your computer, all your personal info, then shares that info on the internet to the point here you have to put a freeze on your credit. Imagine your social media, emails, cell phone account, being hacked, ad nauseam. Imagine dealing with this Everyday for the last 8+ years. Then imagine trying to reach out for help, only to be told "it's probably in your head". Imagine being tracked wherever you go and that person knows your every move. Imagine being apprehensive about talking about it, in fear nobody will believe you. Now imagine your stalker being in a position of authority, with power, a badge, and a gun. You can't turn to the police because he IS in law enforcement. His stalking gets worse as time goes by. It started with emails, then text messages, then calls. After 8+ years of stalking you, he takes you to court and gets a 258e order against you, THEN amplifies his stalking shortly after getting the protective order. Or getting messages saying your food will never be safe again. All the while blaming you for his actions. Nothing stops this guy. He's done this during the deaths of my Mom, Dad, and Sister. Yeah, I get it...it sounds crazy, right? But it's true. Every last bit of it. It's every day. Non stop. If he can interfere, he will. He has the training, the connections, and the experience. Who would believe me over a cop?

Imagine living in someone's bubble.

If you've been stalked, contact me so we can chat.

Thanks.

Hmm.. report him to the police. Either for what he's doing or just say he's a diddler or something. Idk . Quite the scenario you are in. Sorry .

To make sure I understand this...I should accuse him of using Pokemon cards to entice kids? You can't just make accusations like that without being abe t prove it. I'm pretty sure the Police will want evidence of that.

Well.. I mean usually it's something. But I just used that as example. Sure it's dirty but obviously with somebody doing what he's doing he deserves something bad so he can yaknow.. f off.

Probably not the best advice at all. But idk if I was in a situation like this I think I'd do something and not let him just get away with it just cause he's a cop. Or whatever he is.

This type of stuff would do me in. I am so paranoid of anything like this

I'm sorry you went through this. It's very unsettling

I hear you, but this isn't paranoia. This is 100% real.

Is the cop the stalker? Gosh I have first hand experience here with something similar. It is terrifying. I married shortly after college (marriage #1). He gave me my first laptop (albeit old and used). He refused to share bank info once we were married but would send money to our one joint account. The numbers never added up really. He was trading on margin through e-trade and racked up a debt like no other. He then started drinking shortly after honeymoon and going back on weeknights to drink at his college. This was not my marital dream. Then he went missing totally. Even from his job. We found him (I was close to his parents). After it all unraveled, he had loaded up the computer to copy all key strokes (back in 2003) and somehow figured how to know where I was at all times. I would see him at a restaurant for a second and then would be gone. Took us a year to find him and I missed an annulment. The fallout after was awful. He had filed our taxes once and eventually I got called by the IRS for a lot of money. All those key strokes of IMs or emails to friends for support on my missing new husband used against me. It is sick. I think these people have a sickness and they don't seek help because they don't feel it is bad or wrong. Please please stay safe, that is priority number 1. I do believe people can get some joy by hurting others like this....so that is the part that is awful! You hang in and I am truly sorry this is what is happening. I know next steps are hard, but we are here to support.

What happens when you produce your evidence?

Hi, what precipitated the onset of this behaviour?

Hmmm, you must have a ton of evidence against him right? I mean if hes posting your personal info online and hacking your accounts, emails, texts, calls. Go to your local District Attorney

Hve you ever tried trailing law enforcement? Then confronting law enforcement about another law enforcement agent? They don't like that, and It's not exactly easy. It's a process.

I should just stay out of this but i cant help it for some reason.

Its sounds like youve done a good job of trailing him to me, you seem to know his every move against you. I dont doubt for a second that there are cops who are stalkers but your story brings up many questions that you havent answered, so what do you want from this forum and why do you want to talk to someone privately about it?

This isn't easy to post about. What I'm experiencing is very real and very dangerous. Because of the nature of the situation, I understand this can be difficult to believe. I get it, but this is real.
