I knew there was going to be low staff this morning but going from 7 to 3 snd myself is what I have to work with. I woke up anxious and depressed now a little bit more soIt seems when I have days off the first day go well and I witty about wotk the second day. Feeling like having a rock on my shoulders . Feeling my stress bad.
