My med change update!

Good morning everyone . Hope everybody has a blessed and safe successful day today. Just wanted to give a quick update. I am now in week 3 of medication switch and about a month and a half into playing with what meds are going to work. I am finally knock wood starting to feel somewhat balanced. I believe the meds are working I know I need to give it more time. The one thing that I am thankful for is that I am sleeping a little bit better. We all know the lack of sleep can add to our anxiety as we lay in bed and have our ruminating thoughts. I've also been taking baby steps and venturing out of the house with my wife and sometimes on my own even if it's to the grocery store or the post office. I look at those as successful challenges and ways to confront my social anxiety!

Have a great Tuesday everyone, stay strong be thankful for another day. We are all here for the same reason to get support and compassion and understanding. We all know that mental health is real and we wouldn't be here we weren't suffering in one way or another. πŸ’ͺπŸ™β€οΈπŸ€ž

Thanks for the positive message. It gives me hope. I've had med changes about every two weeks, so haven't reached the 3 week point without a new med or an upped dose. It was a process of seeking the right help. Now I think I have it, one more upped dose of the same med after ten days on another upped dose, then maybe I'll feel better. Thanks to you, it's easier to believe there's light at the end of the tunnel. Best wishes to you.

I'm glad I could help. It was a big struggle for me over the past month and a half I didn't think I was going to see a light at the end of the tunnel. Now I see some light peeking through just taking it one day at a time!!! Keep the right people in your pocket that are going to help you have positivity in your life. Stay strong πŸ’ͺπŸ™β€οΈπŸ€ž

going in the right direction. Wishing you continued success on your path

to recovery. Believe in that :) xx

Thank you for the update on your progress. Meds starting to work, better sleep, and venturing out of the house more often all such positive things that I love to hear. Keep up the good work.
