I’m feeling a little better.

so I’m finally going to the doctor’s next Wednesday. Hopefully, it will ease my anxiety about the aches in my body. I believe the aches in my chest and stomach are due to indigestion or something unrelated to my heart (which is what I fear the most)

I only had 1 anxiety attack last week. It was the first time in weeks. I felt my chest and face get hot, and next thing I knew, my heart was beating so fast and I was sitting outside while my grandpa came home just in time to calm me down.

Also, I starting my passion: writing and illustrating graphic novels. I’ve been in a depression lately since graduation. It’s nice to finally get back in my passion and what made me happy. I really hope I can get better soon.

Youre young so it probably isnt your heart. Stomach issues are always big triggers for my anxiety, its a pain i know. You have to trust yourself that youre ok. Be really careful about what you eat so food isnt as much of an issue

I think anxiety can make tummy issues appear or worsen, so getting a handle on that I'm sure will help. I'm so glad that you only had 1 panic attack, that sounds like progress. Are you doing any breathing techniques or meditation to help combat the anxiety? Congrats on getting back to your passion!! That sounds super-cool and should give you a sense of pride and accomplishment. You rock!

yeah I take emergency meds for my panic attacks. I don’t think it’s anxiety that makes my body aches for these past few months. I think it’s something physical. But thank you very much. I really appreciate it

I do agree with other comments saying there is a connection between anxiety and stomach issues. I don't know the science behind it but I have experienced it before. I'm glad your grandpa was home in time to support you. I'm also glad to hear you're enjoying your passions..that's something to keep your head up.

well I take emergency meds that calm me down. Mostly I just need to talk to someone to distract. I call my mom, my grandma, or one of my friends to get my mind off of it.
