My stomach issues are getting better, my sleep is still on and off. My anxiety and worry has been higher but im managing somehow
I think i need to burn off more physical energy, the past months have been inactive for me so ive had way too much time in my head, i need to find projects to keep mind mind and body occupied, thats always helped me in the past to get through a rough period

What kind of projects do you enjoy doing? It's tough to be physically active in the winter, I think. I feel we kinda hibernate a little, like bears do, lol, but the weather is improving slowly, so more options for getting out into it. Hang in there!! ☮️
Thanks for the support! Actually im an artist, i paint and i also have a small cleaning business. The past few years there have been a few difficult things i had to get through and it never failed i always had some kind of big project, painting or cleaning that i could work on. Those things were really helpful. I definitely want to make going to the park a ritual also as it gets warmer, i always start jogging in spring and give up about mid summer lol. Youre in Oregon, when does it start to get warmer there?
