I get these hot flashes and warm feeling on my back and neck. Comes and goes, sometimes I need to go outside and cool off. Just curious if anyone else has the same! So happy that I found this group, just reading makes me feel like I'm not alone and that others are going through the same. 🙏❤️💪

I find that right after I cook dinner, I tend to feel hot for about 30 minutes. Not sure if it's from standing over the stove or what. Being active doesn't make me hot unless I'm really doing something taxing. I often sit on my porch to cool off.

But if I get mad, I can be physically hot for hours and mentally hot for a lot longer. Calming down isn't easy for me even with the medications I take for anxiety and other things.
