Insomnia and hot feet

I have insomnia every night and my heart is racing. Sometimes I get so hot that my feet feel like they are on fire! Does anybody else have that happen? I want to get up and put them in cold water. Just standing on the cold floor is helpful but then of course I'm wide awake after that. Uggghhh!

In a nutshell.......I was terminated from a job I loved because I did the right thing and my boss didn’t like it.

I get that way whenever I wear socks! Lol but I always wake up hot in the middle of the night. You sleep with the AC on?

All the time. Antidepressants worked great for my burning feet. Paxil and Cymbalta specifically.
