I just want everyone to know here that I read pretty much every post and respond when I think I can be helpful. Sometimes I see posts that break my heart, but don't think I have anything to write that would help or don't have time to write a good response. But please know what you are saying is being heard and you are not alone in whatever you are going through.

A quick note
Thank you 🙂
I lurk a lot too, or someone ends up saying pretty much what I'd say too

I'm going through a lot of this myself lately, and to take it a step further, I've been writing back to people but deleting what I wrote at the last minute.
Some of this has to due with overthinking, worry, stress, and/or simply just not knowing what to say. (the latter I'm not writing/deleting, but I am reading)
.
I am hoping to get out of this funk soon.
When I had my breakdown a couple of decades ago, I went from being a person that my extended family looked up to, to basically an invisible leper.
All of you matter to me. A lot of you are like my new extended family that I need.
But.. *again* Hopefully I get out of this funk soon, so I can be more supportive to this community.
Best of luck with your current funk- you participate in the community and are always kind. You don't need to have 'the perfect answer' to contribute something worthwhile though 😉
AnxiousSilver, let it be known that you are a wonderful addition to our
virtual family of supporters. It takes all of us to make this community what
it is. xx
I do that almost daily, where i have a post written, then get hung up on one part (like how i want to say something, or maybe deciding how much information i want to give out), then I'll just delete the whole thing. Just happened twice in the last 10 mins. Glad I'm not alone, lol.
I often type a response and delete it too. But I read a lot of posts and some of the replies say exactly what I wanted to say. Or I delete the response because I'm worried I'll get too wordy or personal. And I don't deal with my sisters anymore because of some major family drama. So my family now are those I choose to keep in my life. Folks who really care about me and my life, not something that happened years ago. Prayers, hugs, love and light, Catsrock and AnxiousSilver.
What a great post! I read most posts, but usually don't offer help unless I have something useful to say based on my own experiences. Sometimes I just say you're not alone. We're not. There are millions of us in this country. We have common disorders that just happen to be mental.
Thank you, just joined this site yesterday and reading thru the posts and replies has been helpful today.
Yes, sometimes it’s overwhelming trying to respond to some peoples posts, sometimes I just don’t know what to say. I need to take breaks from this site sometimes too.
Lovely post, thanks.
