Hey gals and guys! Brian here! Just wanted to drop a quick note to let you all know I'm still waiting for a surgery date. It's hell twiddling your thumbs all day lol Tomorrow I'm hopefully removing my air conditioning unit and then I'll be here (fingers crossed!) to chat! If anything changes, I'll post a quick note
Your friend,
Brian

Waiting for something simple ( like the mail) is one matter, but surgery especially major must be unbearable. With your strength and wicked ( see I used a Northern Northeast word) sense of humor, you should be able to hold on, but we have your back and wish you all the success in the world not to mention a quick surgery date!
Hey, I remember studying dialects in college a million years ago- I remember General American ( which most people use) then the "offshoots" like the Southern drawl, the Boston flat A's and the New Yawk accent, they are all interesting. What is really important now is that you get well- we'll all wait with you and hope the days go faster.
In my old house all we had were window air conditioners. We had four of them. One room had one in the wall. I would come and help you if we lived closer. It’s a real pain in the a** job. It would be come a spring and fall ritual. I think they work better than central air.
I understand- my room was also on the second. I remember that it could get hot in the summer, but we also had fans. It seems to be getting hotter and now we use an air conditioner for the humidity/oven part. Still not a big fan of air conditioners, but a fan of the FAN.
Oh the dreaded waiting game, stinks. It took 3 long months when my hubby was diagnosed with cancer for them to do the surgery. I haven't spoke to you in a while, I've got a full plate, forgive me please? I wish you all the best with your surgery, you're an awesome young man & I'm so grateful to have met you! Love, peace, light, joy & hugs!
