Does taking tylenol and clonazepam in the same time at night make you feel drowsy next day?

Yes. Clonazepam is a benzodiapines which are sedatives and can make you drowsy the day after, but that usually goes away.

I been taking clonazepam for two years 0.25 mg every night but last night I had a headache so I took a tylenol extra strength at the Same time with the clonazepam but when I woke up after a bout 9 hours of sleep I felt drowsy all day

Hi Mike233, I took clonozepam for 30 yrs so feel like somewhat of an expert on this particular drug. It is a Benzodiazepine so therefore has sedating effects. Over time, this effect becomes less. Tylenol and Advil and completely safe with this drug and should not enhance the sedating effects. I took it for so long that I became very knowledgeable of what and what not to mix with it. For example, alcohol, other sedatives, narcotic pain meds, etc will definitely increase the sedation effects.
