I have been dealing with anxiety for quite some time by nowBut recently I have started getting compulsive thoughts about irrelevant things,I watched a short video which now I can't remember what was about and I can't search for it and that is making me annoyed and disturbed,even if I do find it I fear that this is going to happen again and again
How do I get out of it?
I apologise if this seems funny but it is surely not for me
