I feel like there's a ghost here. Night terrors, nightmares, flashbacks, stomachache. I can never rest at night

Im really scared because grandma's at hospital. I hope im just going insane

There are ghosts in my home I believe. I don’t feel as if they have any power over us because we are not afraid. What makes you think there are ghosts in your home? I’d rather have ghosts than loose my mind.

I can feel all my tech lagging, i have to pee every 5 mins, the sun isn't setting,if there's a ghost, it will drive me insane
