I did take a nap and it actually helped. But it’s tempting just to stay in bed. I hope everyone enjoys the rest of the weekend.

There is a A LOT for me to be grateful for, but my anxiety/depression/thoughts is kinda ruining some of that ATM.

Gonna "try" to enjoy today, and deal with what's on my mind later.
