myatery symptom? Need to know how to explain to Dr.

For years I have always had this “noise” in my head. It is so hard to explain. Kind of like a white noise, thoughts, hearing sounds around me. It’s like having 25 tabs open, ten chats, the phone ringing and your annoying co worker droning on. All at once. It isn’t voices, just my own I was on Effexor back in 2003 and that is the only time I could think and my head felt quiet.

Anyone else have this? It there an actually term for it, he’ll even a better description?

Sounds a bit like tinnitus?

It’s more like a white noise type thing. It’s super hard to explain. There is no ringing in my ears.

That is a bit of a misconception that tinnitus is just ringing in the ear or ears. The different sounds that someone can perceive from tinnitus are too numerous to mention and it isn’t just in the ears, it can also be perceived in the head too. You could always hop over to the BTA forum on HU and find out more if you’d like, can’t do any harm.
