Hello and welcome to the group. If you aren't getting help from therapy you might try it and even benefit from medication at least temporarily to help you recover. I found ACT therapy very helpful for learning to allow and investigate my feelings and emotions and go into them to process and heal them. I also found Somatic therapy helpful for getting in touch with the emotions in my body, to be able to process and heal them. I hope you find it helpful for you here.
