Your not alone, what is on your mind? How is your day going? Today I started fresh, went to the gym, and now just sitting at home until I work later.
Thank you for saying I'm not alone. I certainly feel like it. Everything is always on my mind. Glad your day went well. Gym is always a good place to blow off steam. I try to be outside for my exercise since I feel so cooped in all the time. What type of work do you do.
I work in a restaurant. I'm a server..and I have anxiety everyday...especially social anxiety, kinda ironic but I need my job. What about you? I love being outside too-especially like to hike.
Currently full time student and dog sitter walker . Want a job at a book place though. Going to school for computers .
That is interesting with your job but being a server can make good money and it is more about catering to the customer.
I enjoy hiking as well but am. Out of shape for it currently. But definitely relaxing.

No worries! Thats cool you are a pet sitter, I love animals and I am actually a pet sitter myself. I like working in a restaurant for the $ and sometimes I enjoy the social aspect, but it can be very overwhelming most of the time. Every time I go into work my anxiety is crazy...but I just let it happen, because I can't make it go away Hope your day is going well !

I can understand that about your job. Ever try meditation?
I think my fav animal has to be a dog (don't tell my two cats) haha! But my fav wild animal is a giraffe. I have not tried meditation..have you?
Anxiety and depression can be very lobely indeed but you are not alone. It is an important step to reach out for support and you have taken that step!
