I too struggle with GAD (officially for the past 20 years) but probably to some degree my entire life, and I get PAs too when my anxiety gets really bad.

I wish I could say that I am recovered, but I still have a lot of work to do.

.

But with all that said.. This is a safe and supportive community.

I am very grateful for the people here, and I hope that you find it helpful as well.
