I'm not good enough

I don't feel like I'm good at anything and always lagging behind on people.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Everyone has some value even if they dont realise it, maybe youre kind or understanding of others who suffer like you do for example. I dont know you, but I know there will be some good inside you that you havent been acknowledging. Also, there is no set pace everybody gos. We all go at different paces in life. And to put this in perspective you will excel in an area that not everybody else does even if you dont realise it yet, it may be subtle like having the ability to express how you really feel, but its still something others can learn from.

We all bring something to this world, otherwise why would we be here. Try to find something that makes you happy and focus on that. Everyone matters. Don’t sell yourself short.

That's the anxiety talking! All you can do is do the best you can in the moment. Go easier on yourself and try the mantra: I'm doing the best that I can where I am. I am enough. Hugs!

You're good enough. I feel this way, too when I see former classmates who work for NASA, politicians and investment funds. Then, I remember a lot of them had familial support and love. I'm literally building myself up from scratch. I'm far from perfect, but I'm not nothing. Neither are you. You're doing the best you can with what you got ☮️❣️

I tell myself the same thing. Others have support from their families unlike mine.

We all have value and deserve love and are capable of giving and receiving love. Unfortunately many of us were never taught how and even shamed and punished for showing any signs of self love or standing up for ourselves.

For whatever reason(s) you have learned and believe things about yourself that aren't true as a way to hide and protect yourself. You would really benefit from learning how to improve your low-self-worth and low-self-esteem and start being able to accept and love yourself and gain more confidence about yourself and life. There is a lot of good info on youtube about this as well as books and programs for it.
