does anyone feel like this? i've had so many test and all clear. Just sometimes I feel like I'm not getting enough oxygen and I feel lightheaded, a bit out of it. and my muscles ache too, arms and legs especially. Then the panic starts and makes it so much worse.
Im on no meds, although my psych has prescribed me Citalapram and diazapam. i only take the diaz.
Thanks lisa
Any ideas?

Have you considered buying a pulse oximeter device to quickly measure your blood oxygen level? If you see that everything is normal when you feel you are not getting enough oxygen, you might feel more at ease. They are pretty inexpensive these days, and so easy to use.
It sounds like it's the panic taking over you, now I'm no Doctor. Try to take slow deep breaths in through your nose , then out through your mouth. I sure hope this helps you. I'm here for you! Love, peace, light ,joy & hugs!!!
thankful for your reply. I've had enough checks and blood work done over the last 6 months that Im sure if there was a problem it would have been flagged up. Just an odd feeling x
Do you suffer with anxiety or panic? I've had anxiety for just about 30 years. Are you able to take your mind to a happy place or time? Do you like music? Love , peace, light, joy & hugs!!!
Sounds like anxiety to me! I’m in favor of buying that mini pulse oximeter recommended to you. I’m wishing you well!
Ive just ordered one from amazon. i have been diagnosed with severe anxiety and moderate depression and over the last 2 years its been a bombardment of physical symptoms, one thing after another. My therapist told me I am a very physically receptive person so I will feel my anxiety more through physical symptoms, i have been doing my best to recognise these and accept them for what they are but just sometimes my guard slips and I get myself worked up into believing what i am experiencing is real.
Its a struggle we are all dealing with and I wish you light and love along your way.
