My son is switching from celexa 40 mg to zoloft 100 mg. He has been off the celexa now for 2 weeks and on the zoloft for one and a 1/2 weeks. If the zoloft is going to work, when should we start seeing an improvement? He has some anxiety almost every day now, and it can really spike badly when he goes to work. They also have him on busbar but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. His doctor switched him from the celexa to the zoloft because his anxiety and panic had come back. He was on celexa for probably 10 years.
