I have a small website I use both to publish technical content and to pretend I'm a software developer.
This website was abused by a spammer to send 680k emails on my behalf. I now owe ≈700€ to the email provider. For me, that is a lot of money.
I am disgusted and deceived. All my life I tried to be someone and it only brought me pain and problems. I think I'm resigned now to being a no-one. Spending my day watching tv and going fishing would require less effort for a similar or better outcome.
Some people on this forum made a lot of effort to help me. Thanks to them, but I do not deserve it. I give up.

can’t you get professional help and get the person back?
I am in a complete state of panic. I'm afraid now there are even much higher costs involved. It's sunday evening and I probably wont hear from my email provider before 24h.
At this moment I'm afraid I lost everything I own.
why the 24th? If so report your email to get it shut down. They have to shut down an email that is being abused. At least you won’t incur more charges. You do that by emailing the provider. Sometimes I will message them on Facebook or twitter to get a faster response. No way should you wait until the 24th.
I immediately revoked all my credentials and send a message to the provider (Mailgun). But they are located in Texas. And I will have to waif until local business hours to have their answer concerning the fees.
I didn't sleep all night and made some calculations. Given my subscription plan, the detail of abuse and the number of mails involved I risk up to 1€ per mail. For 680000 mail sent, I am ruined and even then I could only reimburse a small fraction of the fees.
Your first port of call is the police and a Lawyer.
It's a criminal act, the police will be able to track back with a forensic officer where the emails have come from, although the VPNs have made it more difficult nowadays, it can still be done.
Don't panic, get a lawyer and the police involved; They may need to take your computer to investigate though.
