Many thoughts

Our HR department leave it all up to us to handle our short term disability claims and when i had a major meltdown with severe anxiety and depression was paperwork issues calling back and forth to make sure things are done correctly which is mentally exhausting i made many calls to Metlife and my Dr..... Question is why my job HR dept leave it up to employees to handle there on claim wouldnt it be less stressful??? If they handled it ....Im tired worn mentally exhausted i just dont know anymore ...smh

I didnt say anything about working for me they use to handle matters like this for there employees im doing my part but its overwhelming when you struggling with severe anxiety and depression ...smh

they also shouldn’t have access to your medical records. It sucks but unfortunately this isn’t something they should do.
