I hear you OB73...it can be a very lonely feeling knowing that most people don't really
understand our emotional problems. Unless someone experiences the physical and
mental distress of anxiety, they can't possibly know what we go through.
You are never alone on this forum. We all feel and think the same. Reach out my friend
Sending you warm hugs from one who has experienced your emotional pain.
It can and does go away once we accept and realize just how strong we are.
Happy Saturday! xx
I hear you. That's why I joined this site. My therapist even acted like my anxiety was no big deal, and I should just get over it. "Every one gets nervous. It's no big deal, just do what you're supposed to do." I hate my anxiety, but I've accepted it will never be gone altogether. However, it's very difficult to explain that are times when it overwhelms me. People get mad or frustrated which only makes things worse. Hang in there and post as often as you need to. We're all here and have been through it. Take care
I totally understand how you are feeling I have anxiety, PTSD, and panic attacks and depression and it’s so tough being alone and not many people understand they just yell or don’t know how to handle someone with the sensitivities that we have I have struggled with this for about 8 to 9 years but probably even before that I am here for you if you need a friend to just someone to talk to
I hear you.
