I am afraid I have had too many to mention - I belong to the should/would have done it differently clan and have to try ever so hard not to beat myself up over daft things I have done or said in the past….

I didn’t have any regrets until now (that I’m older). I’m trying to just finally accept that I am who I am and I am where I am. I’m trying not to think about anything but one day at a time. It’s hard these days but that’s anxiety, I suppose.
