going through a very tough time

I’m getting ready to move from the city to my small hometown. Have been dealing with severe depressive episode the last month. I need to rally and get ready to move. Feel like I’m walking through cement. Need to find ways to keep going through the discouragement and lack of energy. Thank you!

Have you spoken to a doctor? Moving is a life altering thing. Once you get settled in your new place, things will improve.

Sending you lots of strength as you go through this. Moving is a pain in the butt - I moved 3 times in 8 months last year! What helped me is making lists of everything I needed to do and then checking things off. I also hope you can find someone like a friend to help you.
