Just to let you know that I got fired from my job last Wednesday afternoon and I wasnt surprised but still it wasnt very nice getting told officially though!
I will be leaving the job on Friday 14 October and they have put me to work in stores putting items in the robot until that date when I leave.
The people in stores are nice though so maybe by accident they have done me a favour taking me out of the dispensary as i was unhappy there anyway!
What happened on wednesday was by accident a patient was given the wrong prescription and they complained and i have been sacked which was upsetting but my friends have been great though.

I’m so sorry!!!! That is rough. I hope you can regroup and find somewhere else to work soon. Sometimes it can be rough trying to hold on to a job.

No need to be sorry as i feel its a favour although Wednesday aafternoon wasnt very nice!
One of my friends there said in my absence they have put a girl on reception who is heavily pregnant and will find the bending down to find things difficult!

most people end up better off if they take time to reassess. I heard a story of a guy who was an accountant in Canada who got fired. Really disappointed his parents. Next day he started looking for acting jobs in Craig’s list. Got paid nothing …sometimes literally nothing. But it was practice. Wound up being the star of a marvel comic movie. Sorry can’t remember his name but if you follow them he is Asian.
You are lucky to have some notice. You can do the bare minimum and start imagining what you might do. Research. Take some assessment tests online if you aren’t sure.
Oh dear Im so sorry to hear that - I used to think that people who complained have nothing better to do with their lives but complain about the slightest things
I remember when I was 17 My very first job wwas in the University of Manchester taking the money for fines & because I am very weak at mental arithmetic & the till wasnt one of those that tells you how much change you give -you had to mentally count it up & I couldnt do that & one day a manager saw me getting the change wrong-& it wasnt to con anyone -its because I kept adding it up wrong in my head so the manager sacked me & what was worse he got me to write a letter making it look as if I was resigning because he didnt want to write to me to tell me he was going to fire me
The Pharmacy was really mean to treat you like that.Im sure you will find a much better job
When one door closes, another opens. Get unemployment until you find something else. This is from someone who has does a lot of job hopping. You will survive this.
