Dinner yesterday everything went wrong

so my mom really wanted spaghetti but we did not have tomato sauce so we decided to make our own.3 to 4 cans in the can opener broke.mom decided to use a knife so she set the point on the can and banged it down it worked for like a couple more cans then tip of the knife brbroke off.in the end we just tossed everything we had so far into insta pot with meatballs noodles and seasoning then cooked it which the instapot kept acting up we had some weird type of spaghetti last night
