I was in a relationship with a narcissist who thought he could have 2 girlfriends. I put my foot down and told her about me, she broke up with him and he broke up with me for "ruining his life . I was in love with him but he didn't love me back. 14 months I wasted. Now I'm broken

Just ignore it cuz In true love the all two sides love each other not just a side, so just leave this denial you live in. Who knows tomorrow you will find a better one.

This could be a useful thing to learn from. If it truly was a waste, imagine how much more you could have missed out on if you tried to keep it going.

I'm not trying to discredit the emotional pain from this loss, it still sucks.

It's perfectly okay to grieve the loss of something you enjoyed, so long as you do not continue to let it define you. Build yourself back up, one small step at a time and love yourself, then it'll be easier for people to love you back

Oh gosh, my heart goes out to you. Years ago I really got taken in by a guy being a player. It was a horrible experience. It’s taken me time to recover. Good riddance to the narcissist. You will find someone better.
