still really struggling with my anxiety and panic attacks. Had lunch with my boss today. Was very nervous for it. It went okay but now I’m retreating to my downstairs to hide from the world and everything causing my anxiety. I start school next week and I really hope the structure will help turn around this dark path I’m heading down

So weekdays when I have school are better for me because I have to get to class at a certain time. Weekends are much rougher. I have schoolwork to get to over the weekends but there is no exact schedule so I get very anxious on the weekends. Any suggestions?

All I can say is it’s very difficult to try to get good grades in school and work at the same time. I tried to do that going to college, it didn’t work out very well. You need time to study. Try to figure out what your priorities are.

I've posted it here a bunch of times, but have you tried tapping meditation? I also have to have a schedule or I don't get things done. Just blocks of time where I have certain tasks.
Sounds like you have it working well. I bet the exercise helps a lot.
