You might check out the book "the anti-anxiety food solution" by Trudy Scott, it has good information for treating anxiety/depression naturally and with diet.

I’m not sure I had anxiety for years but it just got worse, my legs are always hurting and now I get numbness and tingling in my arms it’s really scary, yesterday was a bad day the numbness wouldn’t go away,

Thank you so much, did you ever get so anxious that your chest feels tight

Yes and feels like I’m having a heart attack x when I spoke to my counsellor she told me that’s our body protecting us from the flight or fight response x that reassured me at first but when you’re in the moment it’s hard. Have you had cbt therapy?

I have health anxiety and am currently dealing with an ever-shifting list of symptoms. I have finally stopped Googling symptoms and am using Claire Weekes' books as a guide to acceptance. My heart goes out to you.
