depersonalization and brain fog

yes the physical symptoms of anxiety can be very scary especially the stuff that makes you feel like you are dying. But the depersonalization and brain fog seem to be very much plaguing me yes I understand the feedback loop of realizing it and it just causing more anxiety but sometimes I wonder if that’s the reason I feel funky especially because of being afraid of more intense panic attacks and the intense weird feelings. Especially the not feeling real feeling like I’m in a dream feeling like my time is off being forgetful feeling like I’m dead. Still exercising everyday though

No incentive time, not really caring, why bother mode, going down an endless void, you realise it is not right, waiting for signs of deeper depression, forgetting things, brain fog, getting to the time you know it is wrong but.. Age 22 thinking like that, you have a whole life in front of you, get off the sofa make a few changes, exercise more outside chase those dismal clouds out of your system! Ok I'm three times your age, I know those feelings, I wish I had had the chance to get out broaden my mind mentally and physically! In isolation over the pandemic, in fact over the last six years living in a black cloud, okay I've just been diagnosed with PC, but now I can actually get out get rid of the black mental and now physical clouds👍

Yeah, I hear you. The brain fog is terrible, and the depersonalization is horrible, because you feel like you are not a good enough friend. Exercise is good, but you really have to connect with people more, and just talk in order to not feel depersonalized. Communication is key in every relationship, and really just generally in life. ( whenever I'm anxious or just low, I just talk to others, and the cloud is lifted). Oh, and it's important to understand that everyone messes up, and we are just human, so don't let others' judgements get the best of you, and just don't care what others think ( I relaize that sounds a bit egotistical, but it really helps you actually open up and talk to others and connect in a way you couldn't before). Brain fog is basically just from overthinking with anxiety, and not getting enough sleep, so set a good sleep schedule, listen to calm music or read a book before bed. I still have intermittent brain fog every once in a while when I lapse, so I'm trying to stop that as well. Anyways, good luck, and know we're all here for you.
