I am so sorry things are hard for you right now. You might want to go to the doctor and explaining what is happening to you. Getting checked out never hurts plus they could get to the bottom of what is happening and give you the help you are needing.

I was in your shoes earlier this week. I promise this will pass. I had a panic attack so bad I threw up twice this past week in the middle of the night. It can be really hard when you're going through it. Hang in there, listen to a meditation app, and take slow deep breaths to calm your nervous system.
