Hi I totally get how scary it is, I get migraine with aura and tunnel vision have done since I was 14 years old and the first one I had terrified me, I was convinced that I had a brain tumour or was going blind. All I can say is that after a while you get to recognise the tell tale signs every person is different but I get the tingling face and fingers and a flashing light just on the periphery of my vision which means I need to take paracetamol and sit down till my vision comes back.Don’t be hard on yourself it can be frightening I’ve been having them for years now but occasionally they still catch me off guard - if you get more it’s worth seeing your Gp as there are things they can suggest to help. Kind regards
Yes mine was like a weird blurred bit to the side of my vision just couldn’t see properly at all, so scary 😞 I’m glad you’ve said you’ve had tingles too that didn’t last long by the time docs phoned back it had all gone away 😬😬 was just left with mild headache xx
It is a lot to deal with if your health anxiety is having such a impact in your life ! I'm also having a lot of problems with anxiety and depression and it can be hard to deal with so I sympathise with you the best thing is getting help with this try and not to put it off as this can cause the problem to magnify I wish you good luck and best wishes
