anxiety hot burning skin

hey guys, I had a spout of anxiety earlier my right side of my face went numb and I was panicking, the numbness has subsided a lot but I have big red hot patches on my face, that are burning to touch, it’s just on the right side. I took my temp with a digital thermometer at came back at 37 and 37.2 on the burning cheek. Should I be worried? It’s so hot to touch 😭

Can you call a nurse line or see a dr? Could be many things, allergy, skin infection, stress, etc...
