It was quite nice, a little hot where I am at. I made an effort to get out of the house and hung out with my best friend at the mall to do a little bit of shopping and visit these cute growing turtles. We stopped by our popular Raw Bar. I had the green blend with 2 extra immune boost shots and they serve asparagus soup too. My therapist said a healthy mind starts with a healthy body so I’m doing just that.
P.S: It seems like CBD oil does help me sleep and eat better.
Was at a family event that was enjoyable. The heat isn't really suiting me but l suppose shouldn't complain. Must get out walking tomorrow.

Ty. It was one of the vegan juice and snack bar at my mall. They take your customed order and make it fresh. I lost my appetite recently and isolated. I’ll try to be on this cbd oil for awhile.
