Gotta Beat this Heat

My anxiety is ramping up, usually with depression close behind. Not gonna hide. Just waiting to see. Thing is the AC in my place quit! Brand new is in the works, but, will take time & commotion. So you see, as a mentally Ill man, I am dreading it. Out under a beautiful shade tree, slipping outta the chair. Any ideas for me?

Buy a big fan and a couple of big blocks of ice. Place said fan in back of the ice. Turn on fan to rocket speed. Place a lounge chair in front, lean back in said chair and chill. Worry about the mess later. 😁

Lol yes, said huge ice blocks might be difficult to find cuz of supply chain issues. You might have to punt. Got ice cube trays?

No I don’t. What I’m doing is alternating towels in the fridge. Good for now. They start tomorrow with the new AC! Thank you sweet baby Jesus

Quite by accident, going to visit my sister, bring a drink, lime and mint cordial, OOPS! took it back home, I have large two litre bottles of spring water, in my big fridge/freezer at all times, summer has arrived, large pint tankard, with the lime and mint cordial, beating the heat every time😁🤗😏🧊🥃
