I've found exercise (or just a walk even) & getting out of my head can be helpful. Also a deep breath can be centering for me.
I’ve tried exercising! But for some reason it’s not helping me. 😣 but I’ll keep doing it.
That's okay! Not everything works the same for everyone sometimes. I don't know you well enough though! 🌸
I'm sorry to hear that you are suffering with depression and anxiety. I too suffer and find that different things can be triggers. Everyone is different but I would encourage you to explore what your triggers might be so you can try to develop techniques to combat them. Health, exercise, good sleep all can be very helpful. I've also found spending time focusing on positives in my life can be helpful and implementing things in my life that bring me joy. For me- music, dancing, and doses of comedy can lift my spirits. For my anxiety, I turn to my faith. I believe that I am loved beyond measure and that my God provides and is always on my side. When I remind myself of this fact, anxiety has no reality. Praying you find your way and can find relief from the weight of depression and anxiety.
