I had anxiety for last 8 month months which deterioarted during covid , now improving after regular walk and excersie, some time I hear small sound of heart beat in my ears on pillow , I am taking BP medicines for last one year and small dose of cholesterol as well do I need to see a special doxtor or do something else ,my sleep is not very deep and wake up 3 or 4 times during night

I'm sorry but that sounds perfectly normal, we all get that sometimes. Try sleeping on the other side or adjusting your pillow slightly. Your BP meds may be enlarging your blood vessels (depending what you are on) so it will be more noticable. Speak to your doctor if it persists or you get any other symptoms. HTH
I too get this but quite loud sometimes. Mine is definitely my medication that gives me palpitations thus the banging in my left ear
