I’m living with GAD and PTSD and PAD. Don’t like to be defined. by any of that. The pandemic enables me to chill out and not try to be up at the top of my game. I’m now 60 and not working. I walk a dog three mornings a week. Am unlikely to be a nana. I might not be able to do an overseas holiday but there is so much of the UK I have t see , I’m fine with that. Looking forward to the rest of my hopefully) long life.
God bless you all

Having a "couldnt care less" attitude towards the symptoms and living your life despite how you may be thinking or feeling is the way to go, paving the way for peace of mind and body to return ❤
If I may also say; all those diagnostic labels you mention are all the same thing. It's just anxiety with fear at the epicentre. Lose your fear or intense dislike of the thoughts and feelings and all those labels will gradually melt away to nothing.
