I see it as this: not all of your thoughts are true and can be trusted. You think you are worthless. You think you don’t deserve love. You think people are judging you. All of those thoughts are not true. They are thoughts brought on by your mental illness. My depression tells me I am not worthy of affection or self care but if I step outside myself (when I can) that isn’t true.

Mindfull,nes is being in the now ! fully aware of yourself and the things you are doing.
