Hey everyone just wanted to let people know I’ve been fighting long time...

A few weeks ago I was crushed with depression.

It has finally changed a bit for the good. Just like it has the 6859 times before.

If you are struggling please hold on and wait for the change.

Strengthen yourself by trying to win every negative thought that attacks you.

It will change but you have to acknowledge things you can do better to keep fighting with a good battle ready perspective.

Exercise.

Find the routine that brings you most peace.

Be selfish at times.

It is a horror movie but when we get that glimpse of hope we have to run with it and not assume every day is going to be full of darkness.
