Help for feeling all alone

Hi new here and to communicating my feelings. I feel lonely all the time. Especially in a crowded room.

I completely understand. I am much more comfortable walking in the woods and waving to one or two hikers the entire day, than being in a crowded noisy place where I don't know anyone.

I lived near NYC years ago, but I hated it and almost never went there because it was so cold, rude, and alienating.

On certain days it's just so overwhelming all I want to do is just stay in bed

Yes that’s me I wish I can just be home but o have to go to work and be around people
