Yes I find that the heat makes my anxiety worse even the bright sun. It's so odd

Why fret about the heat, and now blame it for your anxiety? If you have air conditioning, or a fan, you are fine! MANY people don't have A/C or a fan to help them. PLEASE try to look for Positive things. Please help yourselves by doing this. 🙇‍♀️

i was simply asking a question as I have noticed it before and I am not blaming it FOR my anxiety, just feeling WORSE. Don't need your input thank you

I think it makes me feel worse when it’s so hot and humid because things that being me joy and peace are outside activities. Being inside in the AC allows my my mind to cycle like a hamster on a wheel. If I am outside I can just sit and look at the trees, birds and even people walking in the neighborhood and feel a bit better. I totally get it

very unseasonal heat which just arrived in the UK, we don't deal with this sort of heat well

The hottest day of the year so far, almost 30 here today in Wales , too hot even for me 😳

Had to Google C to F because here in America we are too dumb to institute a measurement system the whole freaking world uses… anyway, that doesn’t sound too hot but I suppose Wales is usually pretty cool, even summer right?

I am in the south in the USA… summer here is brutal. I miss cooler weather but alas, this is where life has dropped me and I must make the best of it. Hopefully you get some relief soon since your heat is out of the ordinary.

sorry to hear Willow, so surprising how the seasons affect us especially with different temps. I hate summer with a vengeance and only really like autumn and winter now. At least you can get warm in winter but can't cool down in the summer. The disease I have also causes anxiety and depression so it's like I have a double whammy of it

I am definitely an autumn/winter person myself. Even though winter here doesn’t get too cold, I try to find the positive in that I can be outside in long sleeves, pants and not be freezing my rear off. We lived in Alaska for a bit and that was too much winter for me 😁
