Tried some light exercise riding stationary bike and tried stretching everything around my body slowly and my body felt good for a couple minutes then went right back to feeling shitty and tight and anxious/stressed

A couple of minutes is not nothing!

Hi Adamj, Blueruth is correct in that "A couple of minutes is not nothing!".It's a start, a step forward but the body needs more.

It's not the quantity of time you spend exercising and stretching but the repetitive

practice in doing that each day. After a while, the muscles won't be so tight, you won't

feel so tense because the Endorphin levels will rise, making you feel good and so alive.

Don't give up after one try. A little each day is worth going forward. :) xx

Takes 40 minutes of exercise. Baby steps keep going longer each day. Keep up the good work. You found the secret recipe.

Take it day by day. The progress will show. :)
