went to the doctors this morning and he seen some fluid behind my ear which may be causing my dizziness but my bp and heart rate were in my normal range and did have a panic attack just still feel icky and crappy on top of my anxiety which freaks me out. Made dinner for my girlfriend and I and did the dishes. Though took a couple naps throughout the day because I’m just fatigued and tired. We did go to the store to pick up a couple things. My body just feels so icky and funky like my nerves are all messed up gonna take some time. But hey got some exercise today. Still dealing with hard core derealization and depersonalization and chest/arm pains and dizziness . Though compared to two months ago atleast no panic attacks all day long.

tried to be productive today
That is so great!! 😃 I bet your girlfriend was very proud of you. You should be proud of you!! Here's to tomorrow's great day too!! Gentle hugs!!
What did you have for dinner ? Glad to read some positivity from you boss, good stuff.
Hi Adam, By the sounds of it you tried and succeeded in being productive. Well done to you. 👍We can only do what's possible on any given day and that's okay. With mental health, there are so many up and down times that the good times need to be acknowledged & celebrated. 🥳

Upwards and onwards matey 💪 sounds like things are improving for you slowly but surely,
I listen to a lot of mindfulness CDs which sometimes helps quite a bit to be honest,🙂
I wish you all the strength i have left in myself and hope that you have some more relief ASAP!!
Aways takes time as i know myself after suffering for over 40 year's now 😬 🙈🙂 ,
Im starting to slowly gain strength once again now but just need to work a little harder on mindfulness to try help with the anxiety as the diazapam seems to not be as effective at the moment and i am currently taking 30mg daily on top of everything else lol 👌
Wishing you all the luck in the world.

Well done you, you’ll get there , take care 😘
Glad you got checked out at the doctor's and your heart rate and BP are normal. Hope you can rest a little easier now. Anxiety does reek havoc on our bodies causing all sorts of symptoms.(dizziness, feeling off and out of it). I've struggled with it off and on for decades I'm dealing with it now but most of mine right now is from anticipation of upcoming back surgery in 3 weeks. I've been through the same surgery before so at least know what to expect, but it doesn't lessen the anxiety. Luckily Ativan helps to take the edge off. I only take it if I really need it. Take care, Adam.
