I am so sorry. It's not easy on bad days try to think of place where you felt good and use this while having sounds that are relaxing to you and breath and stay in that place till you feel a little better

Thanks for explaining! 😊I'm curious....is this any appointment, from haircuts to therapy? Is the fear based on not getting there on time, or something else?

An inquiring mind wants to know, since I have never heard of this form of anxiety. The only appointment I fear is the dentist! 😁

It went surprisingly well, very little panic and anxiety while in the chair.My fears of oral cancer can now be put to rest as not one but two dentists confirmed there are no signs of oral cancer or head and neck cancers of any sort!!

1 small victory!

I do have to go to an oral surgeon to have my remaining teeth removed and get full upper and lower dentures!

But I can handle that.
