In My Head

I suffer from both, anxiety, depression , and Biopolar. Right now though the depression has me in my head. I'm tired of thinking and I know that sounds crazy but, my thoughts make me want to just ball up into a shell and just stay there. It is consuming my day, my emotions, my interactions with family , everything 😢

I'm sorry you are having such a difficult time. Do you have ways to distract your thoughts? Even for short periods of time? Eventually those short periods may extend themselves.

I keep my depression under control with exercise. It took me quite a bit longer to work the anxiety.

May I ask what you think about ? And are your thoughts based on your emotions ? Or are you just thinking ? You say the depression keeps you in your head ? So what part of the depression keeps you in your head? I know I'm asking you what seems some dumb questions but they are analyzing questions that maybe you need someone to define for you so you can answer them to analyze your own reasons for what is going on . Are you always living in your head or only when you feel emotional or depressed? Are you an over thinker or do you problem solve in your head ? Are you on meds for bipolar ? Are you on meds for depression? Do you have anxiety to? I used to have panic attacks and anxiety . I also lived in my head I always thought the worst. But I over came it I got educated I did the anxiety workbook it taught me alot . But I'm here if you feel like giving me some insight to you and your situation . Love and light to you .

I’m learning to challenge my thoughts. These are questions my therapist gave me:•Is there substantial evidence for my thought?

•Is there evidence contrary to my thought?

•Am I attempting to interpret this situation without all the evidence?

•What would a friend think about this situation?

•If I look at the situation positively, how is it different?

•Will this matter a year from now? How about five years from now?

Don’t forget who you are! You are Hailey’s hot mom . And I think you should do some deep breathing exercises with long breathe holds , plenty of them free on you tube to choose from. Then turn on you tube and do some cardio exercise. Maybe aerobics or jogging in place or Zumba dancing. Then take a Luke warm shower. And in the 5 minute rinse go as cold as you can. Always exhale slowly. You can look all this stuff up online or you tube the benifits. I know how hard it is to get going when you get down. But tell yourself hey I’m Hailey’s hot mom . And some deep breathing exercise and cardio exercise. And a 5 minute cold shower rinse can’t hurt me. And watch me get stronger!
