I drink pretty much everyday and make a fool of myself. Iv been stuck in bed for 2 days as I got black out drunk and screamed at my friends. They have forgiven me but I can’t forgive myself.
On top of that, I blacked out so bad that I don’t know how I got back home or what I did!
And my anxiety and embarrassed and shame is bad on a next level! Any advice will be helpful
(I am giving up drinking for real this time)
